Please have the following information ready when you call:
  • Your name and the phone number
  • Your breakdown location
  • Your Roadside Assistance Membership number:
  • Your vehicle registration number
 
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address shortly. We will also send an information pack in the mail with all of the details of your membership.
 
We recommend keeping a copy of your membership number in your vehicle in the case of a breakdown.
